State Disability: anyone who is disabled and has taxes withheld from their paycheck can receive state disability if they are not receiving workers compensation temporary disability benefits.

Social Security: if someone is disabled and can not work for 1 year or expected to be disabled for 1 year may be entitled to social security disability from the federal government.

Wrongful Termination: when some one is terminated from their job based on discrimination due to race, religion, sex, age or filing a worker's compensation case, they may be entitled to damages against their employer.

Worker's Compensation: when some one is injured on the job they have a worker's compensation claim and their employer must send them to a doctor and they may be entitled to monetary benefits.
